i’m not really a classical music kinda person but this piece seems so touching and sad without even needing any words…what a talent
and he even studied music here - before he went on a European music tour - all whilst studying at King’s College - allll before serving in the South Korean navy then coming back to music…
Why don’t we help promote these kind of people as role models?

A new building in an area already surrounded by dozens that look identical is not usually a story that would jump out at me to report on
however
due to the week I have just spent at Canary Wharf, I feel inclined to comment on the report in The Telegraph about a new building (25 Churchill Place) being built within Canary Wharf which is to start development later this year.
The new building is said by Songbird Estates (who own Canary Wharf) to create approx.1,000 construction jobs - a great short-term fix for our economy. Additionally, half of the building has already been let to the European Medicines Agency - a worthy company, a non-stereotypical ‘evil’ capitalist, money hungry company which is a typical label of Canary Wharf - the icing on the cake really.
Hopefully I will be back to see its completion (in 2015)
